Falling is a major problem in elderly people which can increase risks of fracture, head injury and psychological fear of falling leading to physical inactivity. Deconditioning (Decreased Fitness) is another condition which almost interrupts each and every activity of an older person. You can get tired easily or feel short of breath even after performing small tasks and you want to rest all day as you feel weak inside. However the more you rest, the less your fitness will become.
