Aging (Being Old)

People say that age is just a number however aging brings vast changes in human body and can severely hamper your daily activity.

Falling is a major problem in elderly people which can increase risks of fracture, head injury and psychological fear of falling leading to physical inactivity. Deconditioning (Decreased Fitness) is another condition which almost interrupts each and every activity of an older person. You can get tired easily or feel short of breath even after performing small tasks and you want to rest all day as you feel weak inside. However the more you rest, the less your fitness will become.

In order to make you more independent irrespective of your age and build your quality of life to a higher level we are proud to bring Fall Prevention Program and Fitness Program for elderly people.
